* D: Dominating personality. Task drivers, Get the job done. Hard drivers, talk fast, doesn't matter , they may be messy, forceful, loud, disrespectful to others opinions or emotions, but get job done
Need such people during changes!
Instead of ready aim fire, D - ready fire

get finished, lack organization

Other behaviors: reserved, never miss deadline. IT departments are full of C managers. perfectionists, reserved, task forced, analysis/ paralysis, they can't stop looking for troubles/ problems/ criticizing things,
Instead of Instead of ready aim fire, --> Ready Aim, aim, aim, aim...
Recommendation for High C's : finding fault with recommendations and ideas.
  1. Stop Giving Voice Only To Corrections and Improvements
  2. Verbalise The Positive First
  3. Don't Give Introductory Praise BUT
  4. Praise Then Amplify ONLY in One Sentence
  5. End With Thank You
Other recommendations: Stop constantly correcting others. Let their idea stand as it is even if it was imperfect. Your directs see that you are trying to prove yourself as smarter. High C manager always putting them down, even though C manager thinks he is criticizing only bad ideas. Praise intent instead of content (I am glad you are thinking creatively).

Examples: Great idea but have you ...., it will work great but ...., I agree but if we didn't have budget issues,....
To Do: Every - month, let their almost imperfect idea stand as it is without suggesting on it. "discretely" Make sure they realize that you are supporting their ideas once in a while.

Praise intent if C can't hold himself for criticizing the content. Find something you can appreciate & stop at that.
